Had my taxes done here for quite awhile and always had great service. They have also provided good advice on all my investments to minimize my tax burden. Have checked to see if any other places get more money back and they haven't been able to. They are willing to look into all avenues as long as it isn't questionable from an IRS stand point. Which is exactly how it should be. Get me as much of my money back as is legally possible.
Jenifer has cut my hair for years and I won't go to anyone else. I have to drive an hour to get to her, but it's so worth it, because she always cuts and styles my hair just as I envision it to look! She's the very BEST!

Marla is a wonderful lady who does a great job of cutting my hair in a way wife always approves.
They have been very good with my animals, they are fairly cheap with all aspects of a visit as well. They have respected my wishes towards treatments and handled everything with empathy and understanding. They seem knowledgeable as well and have never tried to upsell me on unnecessary treatments and tests. The clinic and exam rooms are very clean.
I needed a whole house inspection to turn on power . Mark was able to come quicker than anyone else. Your inspection was less than half of what I was quoted from another company. And he was extremely personable
Amber did a phenomenal job on my cut and color. I was in a pretty sad place with my hair and mistrustful due to a bad haircut. She definitely made me feel wonderful! Not only did she trim it so it laid flat, it appeared to be longer due to the trim. The highlights looked natural and brightened my face. 5 stars in every way.

E&K Diesel did a phenomenal job! I explained the issue that the truck was having to them and brought it to them and within a few hours they had everything diagnosed and fixed and the truck is running better than ever. Will definitely be back with any other diesel needs. I highly recommend this shop!

We had GRT out for a lengthy list of projects and they were here all day long- 10 hours + !! Wyatt and Joe were professional and did a wonderful job! Not once did they whip out a cell phone and they were conscientious about closing doors to keep our kitty safe. They worked on resetting a toilet, replaced two freeze faucets, installed a water pressure valve and new ball valves, relocated laundry lines, and rerouted plumbing for dishwasher and refrigerator. They cleaned up after themselves and charged us a fair price. We would never call anyone else. They are completely trustworthy and we are so pleased!

I am new to the area and almost passed on this place because of the reviews here and on facebook. I got a gel pedicure from who I am assuming is the owner's mother. She did an amazing job. I told her my concern with my heels being cracked and she spent extra time to make sure I was happy and made a huge difference. The paint job was great as well. She was so kind. The other lady working also seemed to know every client that came in the door which was really cool to see that she has grown actual relationships with people in her business. I was a walk in and didn't have to wait long at all. The price was sixty five without tip for a gel pedicure, which I find fair as well. I am so happy I gave this place a try, and will definitely be back!

This is 50/50 review. I have been with WM for around 20 years with my business. We just have a 4 yard dumpster. Things are overall smooth on the pick up and the drivers. Where I have issue with the contracts and billing. Every time my contract expires I have to call and renegotiate my rate to keep it economical. They would charge me 2-3x as much. That is frustrating as a longtime customer. My other frustration is with their AI cameras finding ways to charge you. This last bill I received had a $100 surcharge noted as "tire incident". I do not dispose of tires. Nor is my dumpster visible or accessible to the public. I called and they sent me a video. The so-called tire is a washing machine drum/tub that I tossed after a recent repair. Once this was brought to their attention it was told that this matter would be provided to a review team. They would process this within 7-14 days. If they agreed this was not tires they would then submit for approval of a credit, which is another 30 days. This is wrong and backwards. The review team should look at the AI images and determine if a charge should be issued. Not blanket charges and then refund those who dispute. It is logical to say there are tens of thousands of dollars WM collects because of this egregious billing method. Shame on you all for this method. I will be looking around.
