I’ve started using the sauna at Heart & Hustle for the past two months. I highly recommend you check out what Heart & Hustle has to offer. It’s very convenient and scheduling sessions is great. I work directly with Ryan. He is very responsive. The location in Overland Park is easy to get to, located just off 69 Highway and 151st street. The sauna experience is very relaxing. If you have never used a dry sauna before you are missing out. It’s definitely something that can enhance your fitness routine and has numerous health benefits. I looked at a few other locations that had a sauna, however, Heart & Hustle checked all the boxes.

We had a great experience at H & H! Ryan and his family are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and caring. We highly recommend H & H to anyone needing help to reach their health and fitness goals!

Ryan is amazing. His expertise adds so much to your workout. Both myself and my daughter have benefitted. We don’t waste a minute, we get focused attention, a customized workout in a very welcoming gym!! I can’t recommend Hustle & Heart enough.
