Live Fit is not just an excellent facility, it is an excellent community and staffed by good people. I worked with Jeff and have found him to be very knowledgeable. He’s also very locked in on helping you achieve your specific goals. I highly recommend both Jeff and Live Fit.

From Live Fit Personal Training

LiveFit is a Personal Fitness Training facility located in Overland Park. Our certified trainers are college grads with fitness degrees who are accredited in one or more fitness specialties. Personal Training allows for individual attention. Your trainer will create a fitness plan that is tailored to your individual goals. This could include additional workouts to be performed on your own. Personal Training ensures you are performing exercises appropriate for your individual goals. Your trainer will be able to provide a workout that takes into consideration all of your needs. Whether you have an injury, you enjoy certain types of workouts more than others, or just need a motivator; your personal trainer can provide all of that!
