You can always tell when staff love what they do. After changing into our robes and slippers. We we're greeted with warm neck pillows then were led to a very elegant, calming, peaceful waiting area were a birthday sign, chilled champagne on ice ( we provided ourselves) and a few other beverages awaited us. We booked facials and massages my massage was first Courtney was 100/100 so kind friendly and professional. My comfort was her priority. Then I had my facial with Mackinzie and I love that woman, she explained everything step per my request was very gentle and funny. The establishment is so clean and the staff makes sure nothing is in disarray at all times. Honestly it felt more like a resort rather then just a spa!“
