You can always tell when staff love what they do. After changing into our robes and slippers. We we're greeted with warm neck pillows then were led to a very elegant, calming, peaceful waiting area were a birthday sign, chilled champagne on ice ( we provided ourselves) and a few other beverages awaited us. We booked facials and massages my massage was first Courtney was 100/100 so kind friendly and professional. My comfort was her priority. Then I had my facial with Mackinzie and I love that woman, she explained everything step per my request was very gentle and funny.
