“Alfie loved his visit to Scenthound! My dog is a rescue who is snippy and not trusting of people. I always have to give a warning that he isn’t friendly with a new vet or person providing care, Alfie was nervous meeting them, but the team at Scenthound made him feel comfortable and handled his appointment with ease. He came out with his tail wagging and allowing them to pick him up and hold him! Which isn’t typical with him and new people. They did a great job on his nails, bath, and teeth/ear cleanings and were done in 30 minutes. We will be back!“

“I have already told my family & neighbors about the loving care that my kitty, NOLA, received on Friday after she had acquired a fever & infection on Thursday & was very sick. Dr. Schadegg & the incredible staff treated NOLA like she was their own little kitty & explained in great detail the various treatments & medications that she would need to improve her condition. Dr. Schadegg personally kept me informed throughout the day on Nola's progress & answered my questions clearly & thoroughly. Everyone at Lionsgate Vet treats the pets with such respect & love & I was totally confident that NOLA was getting the best care on Friday! I am so grateful that I discovered Lionsgate Vet & will continue to "spread the word" about the superior quality of care that is given to every pet who is treated at this location! “APOLOGY . My dog died and I not onlycried for days but was also angry which is also a well know stage of grief.Dr Ripperger and Dr Jablonski treated my dog as if it were their own.My friend, semi retired from medicine, said “ People think by reading on google about canine disease enables them to know more than a Veterinarian who has spent years in study attaining a degree, further study and years of practice.I’m sorry I wrote an angry review trying to blame my dogs death on my wonderful , intelligent , huge hearted Veterinarians than admit it was old age that ended her life.Dr Ripperger, Dr Jablonski , TR and Mary Ann and kind staff have been unconditionally loving and knowledgeable for the last three years they have been my taking care of my two dogs. I highly recommend them.“

“I wish I could give more stars. Stanley has helped me and my babies so many times.In dec I got home and my great dane had Passed away in its kennel. Stanley stayed open to let me bring him there so he didn’t have to stay at the house for the night. They all wrote a card with condolences and even did a special ribbon for his paw print. I wouldn’t have known what to do if it wasn’t for Stanley.Fast forward to yesterday. One of our dogs hurt her leg. Stanley got us in the same day and did X-rays and splinted it for us. They were so good with her & we’re super quick too I expected to be there forever because we weren’t on schedule and they did all they could to keep my girl comfy.You won’t find a better vet than Stanley maybe cheaper but never better. All the vets and their techs are phenomenal. I couldn’t say thank you enough.“

“At the height of Covid, I was traveling crosscountry with my dogs when my 11-pound senior dachshund-pomeranian, Quiver, received a laceration very near her eye. I fervently called every vet along my route, and 7 or 8 of them turned me down before I rang Blue Valley Animal Hospital. They took her in, and due to Covid protocol at the time, I waited in my vehicle. I was expecting the bill to be more than $300 because Quiver had a similar injury near her eye in the past, and it had required anesthesia to treat. The doctor was absolutely so kind, comforting, reasonable, and honest—he managed to do a few drops of glue to repair the tear, and I think my bill was no more than $60 that harrowing day. What a relief!! Soooo much gratitude to you, Blue Valley Animal Hospital!!!“

“These folks take great care of our dogs. They're always very friendly and can get you in on short notice if your pet isn't feeling well. They do a great job trimming the nails of my very fit, very uncooperative pup (they have to put her in a sling!) Everyone is very gently and does a great job. We've seen three different doctors and all provided the same level of care and compassion. Keep up the good work!“
