First times both dogs have ever been to a groomer and must say I believe they both enjoyed it. Desided to become a member so will be going back. I have always been bad with doing there nails. Also the membership makes it cost efficient to have the bathing package as I am 70yrs old an it is worth it to save my back.

Took my cocker spaniel here before a family gathering because his fur had become really messy. They managed to clean him up beautifully without making the trim look too short. Pickup was delayed by around fifteen minutes, though the receptionist apologized and kept customers informed the whole time.
