This is the friendliest gym I’ve ever been to, both staff and other members! The staff are all certified personal trainers and always ask how your day is going and if they can help with anything. I use the gym side as opposed to the personal training element, but feel very comfortable asking staff for help or advice. Highly recommend them instead of a big time, super busy, loud, crowded gym!
HIs and Her Fitness is a great place to train. As a Grandmother, Nurse, and Breast Cancer survivor, the team helped me achieve a healthier life, through a journey of training (lifting and creative cardio), healthier eating lifestyle, a genuine feeling of gym family. His & Hers Fitness is more than a gym, it is a fitness community! His & Hers is a place where 'everybody knows your name'! I am a 62-year-old male that hasn't worked out much since college. I have Type 1 Diabetes, in good control utilizing an insulin pump. Three years ago this month, I was diagnosed with Parkinson's. And I need to drop 23 pounds...or more.During my first conversation with Christina, she asked me for three goals. First, improve balance and flexibility.
