The only exercise I had ever done was cardio—ran cross country and track in high school and kept running after that—but I had never lifted a weight in my life.
Now, after hundreds of sessions with Will, I’m still pretty skinny ?, but I’m so much stronger. Most of the pain I had is gone, and I’ve gained something even more important: a real understanding of how my body works and how to take care of it. That kind of body awareness feels like a gift I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life.

“About two years ago, my husband and I were looking for some extra encouragement and organization to our exercise routine. Although we were both fairly active, and exercise had been a part of my regular routine since college, at age 55 I was getting very lazy. We contacted Jen and have been working out with her twice a week since. I highly recommend her! She is organized, knowledgeable, and creative with our workouts We have a unique situation of splitting time between onsite and Zoom sessions, which doesn’t faze her a bit. My husband and I also appreciate her super adaptability to injuries(broken wrist)and/or aches and pains that we have. Now, at age 57 I am stronger and feel more confident than I have in years!
