My appointments went ok here but I felt like they didnt really care. I left several messages and never got calls back. I sent messages in the portal and they weren't acknowledged. My pharmacy tends to need to contact them several times before meds are able to get refilled which leads my rx refill request being canceled multiple times.

I rarely leave reviews, but wanted to publicly acknowledge the medical student who pre-screened me at my appointment today. She took the time to listen carefully, was curious and asked really thoughtful questions. I was very impressed and grateful for the care she provided and hope she will be a permanent addition to staff at CFC. Regretfully, I don't recall her name, but wherever she lands professionally, I would personally follow as a patient. Thank you so much to her and the rest of your staff!
