“I had a poor experience at another location with KMC regarding a bill for my son. I was dismissed by the clinic manager there so called KCK to see if anyone could help me. The front desk girl Hailey and Andrea were very nice and asked if their manager could speak to me. Her name was Ashley and she took the time to explain the bill and why we owed. She did not treat me like I should know but went through each line so I could understand. More places should be managed like this and we will be going to KCK for my son.”
