The providers are great here and so is the staff at the spa. Unfortunately they have the worst customer service and there are frequent errors made in scheduling appointments (time and reason for visit), and billing errors. The attitude, lack of knowledge and accountability from the phone staff when this occurs is disappointing.
I love my aesthetician Wendy Cenfetelli! She is professional, kind, and has made me feel so comfortable since day one. Anyone who is nervous about getting laser hair removal, go see Wendy. Her experience She makes the process something I look forward to. She is irreplaceable and I would go anywhere she practices.
Wendy is the best person ever to do laser hair removal. I would not go to anyone else. If Wendy moves I will move with her! She is so smart and has a lot of experience and it shows. Everyone should seek out Wendy specifically for laser hair removal.
