“I had a poor experience at another location with KMC regarding a bill for my son. I was dismissed by the clinic manager there so called KCK to see if anyone could help me. The front desk girl Hailey and Andrea were very nice and asked if their manager could speak to me. Her name was Ashley and she took the time to explain the bill and why we owed. She did not treat me like I should know but went through each line so I could understand. More places should be managed like this and we will be going to KCK for my son.“

“Dr Kaplan is an experienced dermatologist who takes the time needed to not only correctly diagnose and treat the problem, but to offer reassurance at the same time. Both my husband and I are his patients. Meghan, his PA, is also amazing. She has helped me improve the appearance of my skin so much. Love this office, but be aware that Dr Kaplan does not take any insurance. His charges are highly competitive as a result, but you do need to pay at the time of service. If he has treated you for a medical condition, he does give you a completed form to send to your insurance or to Medicare for reimbursement. A+“

“Wow! Such amazing clinical treatment. She was clearly running a little behind the day we saw her, but she still took time with explain what she was about to do and talk to my son about his baseball and soccer games. She was the fastest I’ve ever seen, and her treatment was impeccable. We saw her for a stubborn, aggressive wart on my son’s thumb, near his nail bed.
First treatment and we didn’t schedule a follow up because she told us we likely wouldn’t need one. Her success rate for getting rid of warts “is so high” and she was right. Enough said.
I would go straight here if my kid gets another wart.“

Dr McCune has always taken care of me like family and I hardly know what to do now that he is retiring. On more than one occasion he worked me to the front of his schedule when he felt concern was immediate.
