I called because our washing machine had leaked and they sent someone out within hours of calling. It ended up being the drain pipe that led from the washing machine that leaked. The guy who came out was knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely use them again if needed!

Joe Barnhart from Carter’s was very polite and knowledgeable. I have lived in my home for almost 5 years. I had moved here from the Northeast. I have always used Carter’s since living here. I have always been satisfied with the work that any employee at Carter’s. Whether it is the person answering the phone or the plumber that repairs the problem. Their rates are always affordable and I know how much the job is going to cost before work begins. No surprise’s. I would recommend Carter’s to anyone in the area.
