“Was initially a little disappointed because I had to send in my dog's vaccine records 3 separate times due to them not keeping track of them and then on day of visit I was scheduled for a 1pm visit and no one came out to greet me until 1:08pm; however, the groomer took such great care of my pup and gave him a fantastic cut! She was very patient with him, and it felt like she truly cared for him. I will be back and hopefully the admin side of things improves just a bit.”
