Super friendly staff. Great facility and the Dr Tom Shutes was very thorough and took time to really give my dog a good physical. He listens to my concerns and you can tell that he really cares about your animal. I have been to two other clinics and Petsburgh is far superior. It is clean, and I feel the pricing is fair as well.
My dog had his first board in the kennel. He was very calm when I picked him up. And happy with the kennel staff. Even though he is deaf she spoke to him and used the kindest of body language to pet and say goodbye. Since he can be reactive I was pleased to see this and his report card was good. Only a short daycare during a busy Saturday. I felt she had made a good connection during this visit.
