Was initially a little disappointed because I had to send in my dog's vaccine records 3 separate times due to them not keeping track of them and then on day of visit I was scheduled for a 1pm visit and no one came out to greet me until 1:08pm; however, the groomer took such great care of my pup and gave him a fantastic cut! She was very patient with him, and it felt like she truly cared for him. I will be back and hopefully the admin side of things improves just a bit.
Day care is a great value for my boys. My dogs are well taken care of when they stay overnight as well. There are cameras for you to take a peek at your pooch remotely. Very clean and friendly building and staff.
Pooch Palace is the only place we will take Toby to be groomed. He actually likes going there and they always do a wonderful job and their staff are awesome. I highly recommend them.
