“7/1 extreme heat wave. Came home from work to find our AC had gone out & my cats had been getting sick due to the heat. It’s an extreme heat wave, no one is going to come out this late. I called Kent & spoke to someone right away. She also gave me advice to run the furnace fan while waiting. She was informative, calming, helpful & so nice to talk with. Around 10:30pm, the technician came. I expected someone tired, kinda grumpy, right? He’s been working all day and night in this horrific heat. Instead I was greeted by the most cheerful man who was smiling and so upbeat. I couldn’t believe he got our AC fixed so fast and when I asked him how, he told me “magic” with a big grin. I believe him. Truthfully it was a common part that he replaced. He was done before 11pm! I’m so grateful & so are my cats!
