The SB Clinic was very responsive to my needs today. Called at 9am. Got appointment with Dr. at noon, had to have an ultrasound which was scheduled for 1 pm, left radiology at 2 pm. picked up prescription at 2:30 pm. Received results and further instructions by 3:30 pm. Am very appreciative of the care and the promptness I experienced. I know it can't always be like this, but clearly everyone was doing their best to give me help.
Dr Larsen was and has always been very knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, and completely engaged with me and what I’m there to see him for. He also stays current on new treatments and options so he is always ready with up to date answers to our questions or concerns. I also know for a fact that when there’s an issue or problem that we are not able to solve in the office (usually not the medical aspect of the issue) he uses his own time to research different options and see what other solutions may be available for me. I highly recommend Dr Larsen - we love him and consider ourselves very blessed to have him in our corner.

I selected Dr. Robert Cassady as my new doctor and soon found that I could not be more pleased with my choice. Dr. Cassady is confident and trustworthy. He provides a high quality of physician services and always treats me with respect and kindness. The staff are friendly and courteous as well. My overall visits to the Portage Road South Bend Clinic with Dr. Cassady and his staff, has been very pleasant. I could not ask for a better experience.
