I arrived at noon on a Thursday and the waiting room was totally empty. I checked in and filled out my paperwork with one of the receptionist at the front (she had long dark brown hair), she was honestly less than friendly, but I just kept being polite and upbeat, she didn’t really give me many instructions so I asked a few questions since I’ve never been drug tested or used their facility before, her answers were short and she seemed a little annoyed by my questions. This place has passed many people for drug test cheating the system for DOT. You people really know nothing about men taking in urine between there thighs to keep it warm. You put people lives in your hands.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude, and only seemed to give decent customer service to the male patients after seeing multiple women walk in and get subpar treatment. If you’re here for a simple drug test, please turn around. Especially if you have kidney issues. They’re going to make you wait for hours with a full bladder and you’re not allowed to leave after you check in. Terrible place.
