“These people stand behind their products! And hold their suppliers accountable! I purchased a rooftop unit that turned out to incomplete from the factory! Anita at Surplus City went to bat for us and the mfg has shipped the part to us free of charge. Surplus city had actually changed ownership between when we purchased and when we tried to start it up! Still even though it was the previous owners problem held the mfg accountable! THAT IS SERVICE!!!“

“Blue Fox replaced our entire HVAC system. They were our second quote, their prices were very reasonable! Everyone we interacted with was professional and helpful with explaining what they were doing and answering questions. They also worked well with my dog around, even though my dog can be quite annoying when new people enter the house. All communications were timely and professional throughout the process.
