“After severe weather damage to our home, Reliance Roof Troop answered the call very quickly. They came out the very next day to tarp our roof and walk us through the entire repair/install process. Tom was my main point of contact. He is very professional, knowledgeable and sympathetic toward our situation. He answered all my questions and treated me like family. We got some other estimates from other companies that wouldn't take the time to explain pricing or the process or even shake my hand. I felt like just another job site or pit stop to other roofers. Reliance Roof Troop treats you like a human and guides you through the tedious insurance claim process, which was huge. As far as estimates and pricing, they are very very reasonable. They can lay out different shingle options based on your budget. Patrik from RRT was the project manager (sorry if I got his title wrong). He was also very professional and knowledgeable. He laid out the plans for install day and was super flexible with our crazy schedule. I am very happy with our decision to go with Reliance Roof Troop. They set the bar for service in this industry. 10/5 stars. They will be my first call if I ever need something like this again. I will be recommending this company to everyone. It's a no brainer. “I highly recommend this company. They worked tirelessly to get our roof replacement approved. It took some time for the process but once everything went through they schedule the replacement and did the entire roof in one day. It looks great and I'm confident that it will last beyond our years. With all the storms we've had since the new roof was installed, we've had no problems. There's been at least 3 major storms in July alone. Our roof was completed July 1st. Two blocks from our house a park lost about a 3rd of it's trees. We're lucky and grateful. “I had a roof inspection done by someone from another company and when my insurance adjuster set a date to come to my house (on a Monday), the previous Friday the other company called and said they had a prior engagement and wanted me to reschedule with the adjuster. I never changed the appointment and went to work that Monday and a co-worker told me about David Skaritka and Ameripro Roofing. I called them and told them my situation and they said they would have someone at my house before the adjuster arrived. A couple hours later, the adjuster called and said he would be earlier, so I called David and he made sure someone was there when the adjuster arrived. Ameripro said that they could do my roof inspection done by one day, but they didn’t get it all done in one day, but assured me that it was water proof, and that was true as it rained a little bit, but no water came into my house or garage. I had no issues with this company at all and would recommend.“

“It is almost a year since I had the Havmack crew do the largest project on my home . They put some new windows on the east side of my house to let more light in, redid my wood floors, knocked out my kitchen and hallway tile and part of the wall between the kitchen and the living room. This was done in seven weeks in February and March, which was still during the pandemic with all of the supply chain problems. There were many different subcontractors , but Havmack had an excellent working relationship with all of them and backed up their work. “I have been in my house 20 years and every time after a heavy heavy rain I have gotten water in the basement. A lot of water. I frequently get gutters cleaned so it was annoying that in a heavy rain water would gush down off roof like a waterfall. Gutters r us came out and I explained what I knew to be issue. He listened. He checked gutters and aligned them and added an extension away from house. I had an underground downspout which was clogged with grass. Last week we got a heavy rain and it was early enough to see that water was gushing out of downspouts and not from roof like a waterfall. Thanks Gutters r us for a resolution that didn't cost me an arm and two legs!“
