Called Ivan’s roofing and 2 other roofing companies after going into the attic and finding depressed wood that the shingles are attached to. Julien came out on a Tuesday to do an estimate for a repair and end up showing us through pictures that the damage was on several boards throughout the attic. He was very knowledgeable explaining on what caused the damage and what could fix the problem. He also was very patient and listened to our concerns. He was even accessible after 7pm through text about any questions we might have. When he didn’t know an answer to a question we had he would find out and get back to us in a timely manner.
