Full disclosure, I only booked the estimate. I have not had the service completed on my home yet. But I wanted to make a review about Juan. When I called to book my estimate he was calm, reassuring, professional , and competent. That is helpful when you are in distress and have to make emergency repairs. I am thankful for the customer service and look forward to them helping repair my home.
Jordan Polito and Andrew Moffitt were phenomenal to work with. We had small damage from recent storms to our shingles. They were very responsive and took care of things right away. Service like this is hard to come by these days, so kudos to M&M for hiring great people like Jordan and Andrew!!
The company kept us informed every step of the process and we're very happy with our new roof. We're glad to do business with a company that has been around awhile and is locally based 😀
