“I took my dog (4 yo, 80 lb lab mix) here for a consult and eventual surgery to repair bilateral torn CCLs, and we had an excellent experience. The staff are all fantastic and very compassionate, they were very understanding of my dog’s fear of the vet and worked with her to make her comfortable throughout. Dr. Gendreau was thorough and straightforward and extremely helpful with all questions before and after her surgery date. I have been very impressed by both the facility and the quality of care that she received, and am very glad we made the drive in from Chicago to VOC!“

“Wasn’t gonna leave a review then I got an email.So.. here I am!Staff were very friendly! Staff interacted more than the Doc, but hey I’m an introvert I can fully understand not being a people person that’s the point of having others around that are! I get it!! Read some reviews I won’t lie I didn’t know I was being charged for certain things like fecal exam or biomedical waste disposal found out after I read the paperwork. I apologized to my dog because I didn’t know they were gonna stick that up his butt. Never spent $300+ at the vet before for all of his shots, but it’s a first for everything. Going forward when I go to vets I’m not pulling up in a big semi truck gonna walk or Uber! They were all kind to my little buddy though he got his round of shots I think I was taken by surprise with the not using something to look inside of his ears , but eye’n it out which you can’t really see deep in the ear without one of those “whatever they’re called “ My little buddy had a huge sore right below his neck that wasn’t fairly examined like I thought it would be so I made a trip to another doc to understand the issue. I needed a vet visit and got one so I can’t complain much + he got his shots updated with no problem and they sell candles so that’s a plus. Still seeking the perfect fit for my little pal though!“
“I thought the staff was very informative and helpful. They did a very good job handling my husky. They let her sister come back because they have separation anxiety and the prices were very reasonable and transparent everything was posted right out there where you could see them. I have been going to the Lake of Four Seasons veterinary clinic I will never go there again I have found my new vet! Same quality care, same meds and a fraction of the cost.“
“My first time visit to McPherson animal clinic at it was great. My new little chihuahua rescue came to me with a urinary tract infection. They got me in the very next day after I called for an appointment. The doctor and the staff were so great with my little baby. I’m glad I chose this vet to embark on my new adventure with my little girl“

“Dr. Collard & staff are amazing. While this was not the visit, I wanted, Dr. Collard and her staff were empathic with my Mom & I as we had to say good-bye to our Simon. They gave us time to say our good-byes. Dr. Collard just made everything calm & peaceful.On a happier note, Dr. Collard was amazing on Simon's journey with diabetes. She explains why tests certain needed to be ran. She gave suggestions on how to help Simon with his diabetes. She never forced or tried to sell anything not needed. She really does love all her pets.Last, she's a Purdue grad! Boiler up! On a serious note, one of the best vet programs around!Thank you, for everything!“

“I have been going to Dr. Farrell since 2020 and she is such a knowledgeable, warm, down to earth vet who treats my kitties like her own. I had an issue with one of my cats and called around 11:00 to make an appointment. They were able to get me in the same day at 2:30. I just wanted to say how happy I was to have Kim & Dr. Tori’s help- they are both wonderful & really put my anxiety at ease by answering all my questions. They made sure that my cat was comfortable through the whole process (churus included), thoroughly examined him, and made sure he received the medical care he needed. Abby also helped get a tough blood draw very quickly without him even noticing (huge for him!). They treated him like he was their own and I can’t ask for more than that. Thanks again to all of them!“

“I recently visited with my middle aged cat who needed attention and was put at ease almost immediately by the compassionate, understanding, capable, and communicative staff at Hanover. The girl at the front desk greeted and checked me in right away - and tolerated my poor kitty's wailing from the carrier - and I didn't have to wait long before we were brought to a room for examination.April and Dr. Paula were absolutely WONDERFUL to deal with and I felt like my animal was in very good hands. They quickly and clearly recommended treatment for my cat and walked me through the entire process.
