I am giving this business a 4-star rating, as the staff on our first visit was very professional and courteous. However, that all changed with some of our subsequent visits in which the front desk staff seemed a bit irritated.
Overall, I feel the staff does maintain professionalism and a genuine care for their patients. I would make the recommendation for improved transparency.

I cannot adequately express how kind and comforting every staff member here was when we had to put our dog down. It is the hardest part of having a pet who is a core part of your family, but they made it as smooth and comfortable as possible for all of us. They explained everything and made it peaceful, calm and gentle. Our dog actually enjoyed going to the vet which always said a lot about them, too. We appreciate Dr. Farrell and everyone there so much.

If I can give Dyer Animal Clinic 10 stars, I would. They did a phenomenal job with my dog, Mocha. Communication was 10/10. The care they provided to help my pet was beyond fantastic. Very informative, made sure to treat my pet like their own. If you are reading this review, do not go any further looking for any other vet— this is the place for you and your pets!
