“I have been going to Dr. Farrell since 2020 and she is such a knowledgeable, warm, down to earth vet who treats my kitties like her own. I had an issue with one of my cats and called around 11:00 to make an appointment. They were able to get me in the same day at 2:30. I just wanted to say how happy I was to have Kim & Dr. Tori’s help- they are both wonderful & really put my anxiety at ease by answering all my questions. They made sure that my cat was comfortable through the whole process (churus included), thoroughly examined him, and made sure he received the medical care he needed. Abby also helped get a tough blood draw very quickly without him even noticing (huge for him!). They treated him like he was their own and I can’t ask for more than that. Thanks again to all of them!“

They gave us time to say our good-byes. Dr. Collard just made everything calm & peaceful.On a happier note, Dr. Collard was amazing on Simon's journey with diabetes. She explains why tests certain needed to be ran. She gave suggestions on how to help Simon with his diabetes. She never forced or tried to sell anything not needed. The girl at the front desk greeted and checked me in right away - and tolerated my poor kitty's wailing from the carrier - and I didn't have to wait long before we were brought to a room for examination.April and Dr. Paula were absolutely WONDERFUL to deal with and I felt like my animal was in very good hands.
