Williams Comfort Air is a client-focused home service company serving Plainfield, Avon, and Brownsburg. Customers report great experiences with the team. The two men who installed a new HVAC system did a great job, and while there were a few small issues, they talked with the customer and worked it all out. The technician arrived on time and was pleasant and helpful with getting the thermostat back online and giving the system a tune-up. One customer called in the morning and everything was fixed by 10:30 am, with a call beforehand and the ability to track the technician coming to the house. Another customer had their air conditioner fixed on a 90 degree day during the 4th of July weekend. The staff who answer the phone are very kind and empathetic, and they send a text when the technician is on the way with a photo. The technician explained what was wrong and had the parts to fix the unit. The price was very reasonable, and the technician checked the whole system instead of just jumping on the first thing that wasn't right, saving money and getting the system back online quickly.
Appreciated being able to move up in the schedule due to a cancellation. It made the day easier.
We recently hired Williams Comfort Air to clean our ductwork. The crew arrived on time and were very professional. They completed the task in about 2 hours and left everything nice and tidy. We’ve been using WCA since 2019 to service our HVAC system and have never had any complaints. We’ve have no reason to look anywhere else.
