Cody J was a great sport today dealing with our weird issues and trouble shooting. Even though it ultimately lead to updating our entire system, he was very thorough in trying to repair what we already had with minimal costs. We had a compressor replaced by a different company almost two years ago who were no help in warranty work (also the original installers for the whole system who under-sized the furnace). Cody ultimately found issues relating to the first blown compressor that should have been addressed by the previous technician at Swift Air Mechanical, but instead they neglected to even look at the control board that was burning up connections and lead to further...read full review

Kari came out and replaced our older sump pump, which had stopped working in the night. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and consciencious in her work. As our battery back up in with it no longer worked, she removed it. She also put in a new check valve for the sump pump. Would not hesitate to ask for her should we have future problems.
