“Dr Hill and the entire staff are so kind and professional. We brought our dog Jude in over 5 years thinking it was time to put her down. She stopped eating, going potty and doing normal things. We mentioned to Dr Hill we didn’t have a lot of money. She was so kind to work around our situation. We’re were sent home with 3-4 new medications and Jude made a complete turn around. This amazing staff would move mountains to make sure Jude didn’t go a day without meds even if we slipped up and ordered a refill last minute. Five years later, Jude is 16-17 yrs at this point and it was truly her time to go. We were thankful for their kindness and compassion through the whole process. A month after my dog passed we got the sweetest most thoughtful piece of mail from Purdue University. Pittsboro Veterinary Clinic had made a donation in Jude’s name and memory to the Veterinary School. We were incredibly touched. They loved and treated our Jude like their own and we will forever be grateful! Thank you Dr Hill and the entire staff!!“

“I am not sure where to even begin with this review. We had to say goodbye to our dog yesterday. While I was filing my receipts I noticed that my card did not go through for the full amount. Instead of letting me know, one of the staff members used her personal card to cover the rest. I was completely unaware. The kindness, compassion, and empathy that we were shown was top notch and I could never express my gratitude. I will continue to use their services and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet for their pets.“

“Dr. Blair and the entire team at Animal Hospital of Avon have been exceptional. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism they show every time we visit with Remy (American Pitbull) makes a real difference. Remy was recently diagnosed with Addison's disease and will be seen monthly for the rest of his LONG life because they diagnosed it right away which we are very thankful for and can only attribute to them. Dr. Blair takes the time to explain everything clearly and treats both pets and owners with genuine kindness and respect. All of the staff do. They are overall welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help, which makes every appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. We have 2 additional fur babies that will begin their care here soon. I trust them completely with all of my pet’s care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate veterinary team.“

“This is not the first 5 ⭐️ review I’ve given to ZCVC. Yet here I am, SO thankful for them, leaving another ? ? ? ? ? review!
I have 3 cats - 1 that is old with multiple health problems. Dr Jones has been his primary doctor, but Dr Sheri and Dr Martin have also taken GREAT care of him. If you have a kitty with health concerns or even a healthy kitty, I ? recommend all 3. Their medical knowledge is so thorough! They’re all superb in “bedside manner” as well - calming and quiet voices, gentle and slow movements. (There were a couple vet techs that weren’t quite quiet and calming, which my pets definitely reacted to, but I haven’t had that experience lately). If your pet is tolerable, they’ll allow you to support/console your kitty during the exam. For my cats, that’s huge!

“Have been bringing all my fur babies here for around 35 years. Have always been given good information in making decisions and helped through some challenging times, as well as good care for routine exams, vaccines, and preventatives. Extremely friendly and compassionate staff. My most recent rescue after losing my cat to a heart issue is shown in photo. In addition I have a mini-schnauzer (also a rescue).“

“I can't say enough good things about them!! I had an emergency with my 2 year old boxer and my regular vet wouldn't answer the phone and 3 other places said they couldn't see him, but when I called Above and Beyond they were very caring and told me to come right over. They got my pup in right away did x-rays and gave him a good check over. Thank the Lord nothing was broken, but their kindness, attentiveness and urgency to both me and my Nugget was absolutely Above and Beyond from the front lady, to the nurse, and the veterinarian all of those involved deserve 5 stars! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!“

“I experienced my first pet passing away this past week, it was very unexpected, and I don’t think a vets office could’ve handled it better than this vet staff did. From the ladies at the front desk to the doctors everyone was so kind and caring. Everyone was completely transparent on pricing and procedures, which I highly appreciated. They went above and beyond making sure we were comforted and never rushed while processing our cats passing even though we ended out leaving very close to their closing time. They explained what happened very respectfully and spent a lot of time with us explaining what happened, our options, and what to do next. Our vet explained from personal experience how the animals were treated at their chosen cremation facility which made us feel better about sending him knowing he will be cared for and treated with respect. All of our questions were answered with an amazing level of professionalism but also with care and sympathy. Thank you so much to everyone at the office, your care made this tough time as easy as it could’ve been. Thank you for taking care of Rauru.“

“Was my first visit here and I absolutely loved every single person in the office. My Lola is 13 in deaf and blind I'm starting to have some issues and they explained everything to me and how a diet change could help and what some medications would help with to help extend your time with me.“

“Kaylee Pennington and Dr, Cantrell were absolutely amazing with our Rottweiler puppy Solomon. We initially went to see them for rehab on his elbow from surgery at Purdue and he saw the best outcome with full recovery. When he broke his femur, they helped from diagnosis to the FHO surgery and his full rehab recovery. They answered all our questions, searched for underlying conditions with the unlikely circumstances of 2 injuries and showed how much they cared about us and our pup. He has recently graduated from Indy Core rehab and he is in great shape. I highly recommend both of them for any animal that is having injury or age related issues. They are amazing to all our pets, the entire staff has become friends and we are incredibly grateful to them“
