The Pet Clinic of Brownsburg is a trusted and caring animal care provider. The clinic's staff is friendly, kind, and experienced, providing clear explanations. They take a personal approach, treating each pet like their own, and are willing to refer to specialists when necessary. This excellent establishment got a cat in the same day for needed surgery. Everyone is SO KIND and they explain everything and make sure you know how much you’ll be paying and how to best care for your furbaby during recovery. They even had a room specifically for cats. The clinic's veterinarians are very good at explaining things in a way that makes sense. They have impeccable bedside manner and have always been there for pets and their owners.
I was a new client that needed to get my dog checked out ASAP due to being sick. This clinic was able to get my dog in super quickly. All of the staff there were super nice and seemed to care about my dog. They even made sure to call the next day and follow up about my dog's condition! We plan to make this our new vet because of how impressed we were with this clinic.
I'll be really honest, I think going to the vet makes me more anxious than my animals. Scheduling was easy, cost was clearly communicated from the first step, the team was kind and you could tell genuinely happy to work here. My kitty, who the last time we went to the vet, clung to me for dear life seemed as comfortable as she could be, didn't get upset and even explored the room. The team and doctor didnt talk over me, shared great information and didnt try to sell me on every bell and wistle. I felt like they genuinely cared about my fur baby. It was an excellent experience and I'm looking forward to having a reliable vet again.
The Pet Clinic of Brownsburg is the absolute best care you could ever want for your pet. If you're looking for reasonable prices and top notch compationate care look no further .
