Brownsburg Animal Clinic provides compassionate care and understanding during difficult times. The staff is respectful, nice, and makes the process easy and timely. They explain the process step-by-step and offer comfort to pet owners. The clinic also shows empathy and accommodation, allowing owners to be with their pets until the end.
The clinic is professional, affordable, and great at communication. The vets, including Dr. Brady, always go above and beyond to provide excellent care. The vet techs, like Jayda, are knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and truly love the pets they care for. The clinic has even saved the life of a dog that another vet's office had recommended putting down, guiding the owners through an emotional time with kindness.
We are new dog owners and just new in general at owning a pet. This clinic has been the absolute best at taking care of our puppy and helping educate us! Everyone here is just one of a kind and so so caring. So thankful for this fantastic clinic.
We were told Brownsburg Vet Clinic was a great place.. guess what they were right!
Customer service is great. Shelby greeted me and we got things setup for our Schnauzers. Thanks again for a seamless first visit.
I am not sure where to even begin with this review. We had to say goodbye to our dog yesterday. While I was filing my receipts I noticed that my card did not go through for the full amount. Instead of letting me know, one of the staff members used her personal card to cover the rest. I was completely unaware. The kindness, compassion, and empathy that we were shown was top notch and I could never express my gratitude. I will continue to use their services and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet for their pets.
