Veterinarians near Lebanon picked by BestProsInTown
“My experience has always been awesome! Recently my Rx for my 17 year old dog expired and I forgot to get on it. Today I remembered, called the clinic, spoke w/Madison and in under 5 minutes had the Rx renewed. Such amazing service!”
“As someone who loves their animal, and has horrid anxiety, coming into the clinic on what was already a stressful day was potentially a recipe for a bad experience. However, the wonderful people here at this clinic made mine and Boo's visit easy, and stress free. You can tell they love animals, and are keen on taking care of them just like you yourself as a pet owner would be. A phenomenal place to take your cat if you're in the market for a Vet.”
“Unfortunately, they seem to be primarily focused on their fees. I've been going here for over two years since moving to Whitestown with my two dogs.
We were not concerned about the cost of each visit, even though other veterinarians' fees are considerably lower in the surrounding area. We also took their recommendations for a German Shepherd surgeon and followed up with them for physicals for the surgeon and physical therapist.
Today's visit highlights a concern about the clinic's focus on fees. We took our Saint Bernard for his annual checkup and required vaccinations, and the clinic also checked his ears.Twenty minutes into the visit, they claimed they couldn't do anything today, he's being to uncooperative no vitals, no ear cleaning, even though there was a suspected ear infection. No meds were offered. Just a $75.00 fee for what?
No visit details about today's cost, just swipe please.
I am now looking for a new veterinarian who prioritizes the health and well-being of my dogs rather than just fees.
The sad thing we actually liked our regular doctors that originally cared for our fur family.
The Manager reached out, was very understanding and apologetic, and we reached an agreement regarding which doctor will be seeing our pets.”
