“Had our basement flood from a broken ejector pump. Nat Cat was assigned to us from our insurance. I couldn’t be happier. They redid the whole basement flooring and all the walls in around 2 weeks. July 4th was in there so it could have been even faster!!! their work is the fastest and best around. Even my contractor friends were impressed. Everyone is courteous and polite and they clean up multiple steps along the way. John didn’t make you feel like a customer he had you feel like you hired your buddy to do the remodel. Everything looks seamless and streamline. I couldn’t recommend them enough. My only regret is I didn’t call them as soon as the basement flooded so they could do the mitigation. If you don’t pick Nat Cat you’re missing out.“

“Called Gary am 8-4-25 for a plugged main drain. Gary arrived promptly and got to work. Gary was able to get the main drain flowing in a short time. Gary diagnosed what he thought was causing the problem as a misalignment. Gary gave me options to repair thr drain permanently. Really great advice as Gary has several decades of experience having seen every possible plumbing issue. Reasonably priced. I recommend Gary Downing for any plumbing need.“

“It’s hard to find a company that you’re impressed with, which is why I’m writing this review. First and foremost this is a family company, which has roots in the region for 100 years. How cool is that? Them being in business for that long tells you they’re doing something right. I called Salyer plumbing early this year as my water main broke. They came out that day to do an assessment. The person that came out was friendly, courteous, and empathetic. He told me to expect a call later that day, which I did. The owner called me and explained everything and sent over quotes. She was very understanding and answered every question I had. This meant the world to me as I’m a first time home owner and this was all new to me. The crew came out did a wonderful job without destroying my yard. Other companies wanted to dig out the yard while Salyer could do most of it with a small hole. I highly recommend this company. Support a local family owned business, you won’t regret it.“

“Honest, trustworthy and dependable. Extremely professional experience. We were having trouble with our water heater pilot light keptgoing out and being difficult at times to restart. Lavelle stayed on the phone with tech support from the manufacturer explaining what he was seeing. The problem was figured out and the part number that was needed was obtained. Lavelle then obtained the part, came back and installed it.We also needed to have our kitchen faucet replaced. Lavelle asked what type of faucet I prefer. Offered me a couple of different brands and installed the one I wanted.I cannot recommend this company enough.“
