We talked about the plan and he showed up at my house a few hours later w/the necessary parts. Brandon was FANTASTIC. Fixed my water heater and walked me through what he did in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some maintenance tips which I never knew about. Brandon is a great guy - competent and just friendly and pleasant. I now have hot water again - YAY! Cannot recommend you guys more. Thank you Brandon & Sikma.“

Called on that Monday morning, offered an appointment for the same or next day. We opted for the next day, and we can say they delivered on the service! We had a buffalo box that needed to be dug up and replaced at one of our properties. They were super communicative throughout the whole process. “Called Gary am 8-4-25 for a plugged main drain. Gary arrived promptly and got to work. Gary was able to get the main drain flowing in a short time. Gary diagnosed what he thought was causing the problem as a misalignment. Gary gave me options to repair thr drain permanently. Really great advice as Gary has several decades of experience having seen every possible plumbing issue. Reasonably priced. I recommend Gary Downing for any plumbing need.“

“I talked to a lot of different plumbing places in town but from phone call to finishing up the job Norms plumbing was a fantastic experience. I needed my outside spigot and inside water shutoff replaced. They were friendly on the phone and actually took the time to hear me explain my issue. They were able to make it to my house the next day even though they said it would take two, which shouldn't be expected but is awesome! When they came by, they started working quickly and got it done in no time. On top of it all they were extremely nice, we talked the entire time and they charged me what felt like a fair price for the amount of work. If you need a plumber, call Norms! A few months ago, my furnace wouldn’t turn on. It was one of those nights that it was supposed to be extremely cold. It was already 1 degree or so. They came out within 2 hours and repaired my furnace in about 30 mins for a very fair price. The customer service was amazing! Would recommend.“
