“Called Sikma first thing on a Monday morning after not having hot water over the weekend. Was quickly connected with a technician who gathered my information. We talked about the plan and he showed up at my house a few hours later w/the necessary parts. Brandon was FANTASTIC. Fixed my water heater and walked me through what he did in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some maintenance tips which I never knew about. Brandon is a great guy - competent and just friendly and pleasant. I now have hot water again - YAY! Cannot recommend you guys more. Thank you Brandon & Sikma.“

A few months ago, my furnace wouldn’t turn on. It was one of those nights that it was supposed to be extremely cold. It was already 1 degree or so. They came out within 2 hours and repaired my furnace in about 30 mins for a very fair price. The customer service was amazing! Would recommend.“

“Had a broken pipe in my front yard and the city gave me 48 hours to get it fixed before they shut our water off. Panicked and upset, being that it was not our fault a pipe burst, I contacted Area Plumbing. The one who answered the phone was extremely helpful and sent someone out that day to see what they could do. The were very fast with getting me set up the following day to fix the problem. In doing so I met an employee, Scott Sharpe, who was so amazing that we actually became friends and is still one of my best friends to this day (even after tearing up my yard, which I still bug him to this day for)
Numerous times throughout the years Area Plumbing is the ONLY company I trust and rely on for any plumbing needs.

I needed my outside spigot and inside water shutoff replaced. They were friendly on the phone and actually took the time to hear me explain my issue. They were able to make it to my house the next day even though they said it would take two, which shouldn't be expected but is awesome! When they came by, they started working quickly and got it done in no time. “Called Gary am 8-4-25 for a plugged main drain. Gary arrived promptly and got to work. Gary was able to get the main drain flowing in a short time. Gary diagnosed what he thought was causing the problem as a misalignment. Gary gave me options to repair thr drain permanently. Really great advice as Gary has several decades of experience having seen every possible plumbing issue. Reasonably priced. I recommend Gary Downing for any plumbing need.“
