“I contacted them during a rainstorm on a Sunday, and Jim came out at noon Monday. (The water heater manufacturer's website gave me his contact info, since he is authorized to service them.) Jim is extremely knowledgeable about water heaters and fixed our problem in a half an hour for a reasonable rate, even though others I contacted wanted to replace our water heater. I would use him to install my next water heater, but he no longer does that .“

Dave took the time to caulk the faucet after replacing the cartridge which turned out to be a bit challenging. Dave and Harley came in focused to work.
