I needed my outside spigot and inside water shutoff replaced. They were friendly on the phone and actually took the time to hear me explain my issue. They were able to make it to my house the next day even though they said it would take two, which shouldn't be expected but is awesome! When they came by, they started working quickly and got it done in no time. On top of it all they were extremely nice, we talked the entire time and they charged me what felt like a fair price for the amount of work. If you need a plumber, call Norms!
