Technician Evan, Drew and Mattel worked together as an amazing team. They were professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. They worked systematically by building solid foundation for outdoor units, removing old systems and setting up new AC systems. They made sure that everything is done right. They were respectful and courteous. We are very pleased with their work. Shirley and Christin at the office are very friendly and willing to help. They took all my calls and helped me with scheduling. Boss Dan was wonderful and responded to my questions and gave me clear instructions regarding the rebate programs. A great place to visit if you are looking for trees, bushes, shrubs or perennials. Not certain if they sell annuals or not.

We love the Middlebury animal clinic! They really take the time to explain and answer your questions. My pets feel safe with them. They also go the extra mile. I have asked them their advice on a couple of different situations and instead of recommending extra tests they recommended the opposite and said that they could do X-rays if it gave me peace of mind but that it wasn't necessary. I have had the opposite experience at other veterinarians. Usually people wanting to run my bill up. You also get in quickly!

James was very friendly dependable and did a great job and also helped us out a lot we asked God for help and he provided it it was very cold out today but James came and braved the cold to unfreeze our water pipes under our trailer that we just bought last year me and my wife are very thankful he came and gave us our water again working great so we could flush our toilets take a shower etc would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a great plumber that will do a great job may God bless him for all his kindness he showed us
Sam did excellent work on our dryer! got a hold of him, he was out within 36 hours around our schedule. came out, said it wasn't as simple of a fix as he hoped but he still got it done within an hour and charged an absolutely fair price. Very professional and very happy with the working dryer!

I've been here about 4 and half years and I like them. I have not had a problem with them at all. Don't talk to a driver that has only been there a few months talk to the Driver's that have been there for years. There is a reason they have been there for years.

I've been to the Bristle St and Cass St location and both are very clean. The girls are very friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to answer any questions. They always mention their sales and promotions but are never pushy after you say no. I love Tiki Tan!
