“We had 2 services today from 2 Korte technicians, furnace maintenance and installation of a new water heater. Excellent service! Very thorough and efficient from both technicians. Trevor, the furnace maintenance man, noticed the leak in our water heater and corrosion on the outside of the tank. He got a Korte plumber over here right away, the same day. Nick, the plumber, was able to replace our water heater the same day too due to the rust and corrosion of the old tank, which was 11 years old. Thanks to both of these guys for being so thorough, explaining everything, and even showing us pictures of the damage.“
