Jeff did a phenomenal job working to identify the problem which could’ve been missed at first inspection. They were able to locate the parts and fix it quickly to get us back operating in the warmth.

My wife and I had an issue with her hot water heat boiler. It was dripping water from a pressure release valve. We called another company initially to come out and give us an estimate. The technician they sent was rude and told us we basically needed an entire new boiler which would cost over $8,000. We called Merz for a second opinion. Their technician Gregg showed up and was incredibly polite and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue, drove back to his shop to get a part for the repair, drove back to my house and fixed the issue for only $230.
