“Rodger has been wonderful to work with. We have a cantankerous heat system at our house, but I know Rodger will have us up and running in no time. He’s willing to trouble shoot an issue before rushing to check the call off his to-do list. I feel like he listens to the issue and then thoroughly explains what the problem is before fixing it. I recommend giving him a call.”
“Great company to work with. They are very responsive and came out quick to fix my issues.”
“Masters installed the HVAC in our new home in 2021, we moved in early 2022. Winter of 2023 furnace started falling when temperature went below freezing. They gave us a workaround, which worked but was a pain to do. Last week the workaround failed, so we called them out. They were stumped, but kept investigating. They ultimately replaced a control board and another part, and now the furnace works as expected! Thanks to Jacob, Skip, and Mike for sticking with it & figuring out the issue! And thanks to Masters for covering labor under warranty! Very much appreciated!”
