Optum Primary Care offers a positive experience for patients, particularly with Dr. Nettleman and Dr. Amber Hussain, both known for their personable and expert care. Patients appreciate the new facility and the convenience of virtual visits. However, some concerns have been raised regarding the transition from traditional appointments to virtual care options.
I've been with Dr wright for 30 years and she is an excellent doctor I would recommend her to family and friends she listens to you she's very concerned about your health and she takes steps to better your health. I travel all the way from Indianapolis to Lafayette Indiana just to visit Dr wright so that should tell you something she's doing a great job.
I like that I can quickly get an appointment to see a doctor. It may not be my main doctor but when it's just routine, it's not a big deal. My only issue is getting prescriptions refilled and more recently, getting all of my prescriptions sent to my insurance so that I can get them by mail so that is the reason I gave 4 stars.
I have been here a few times, and things went fine. The biggest issue I have had is scheduling. Lead time for most appointments from my primary is at least a month. The nurse practitioner has a lot more availability, though.
