Long overdue review! My wife and I showed up without an appointment and the owner fixed her updo that she had just gotten done at a different salon. My wife loved it. The owner saved the day!
I had two separate appointments with Roo for my haircut and highlights. I am very appreciative for her quality of services, skillfulness, attentiveness, and professionalism. I have curly hair and I’ve always struggled finding a stylist who could help me achieve my dream alternative hairstyle. Roo’s magical hands and creative mind helped me achieve what I’ve been wanting for years! She was thorough with her walk-through of what she’d be doing, checking in throughout, and how to take care of my hair. i am so happy i found jenna. she saved my life (and my hair). my hair was so so dead and needed to be all chopped off and jenna did the best job. my bixie fits my face so well; she took so much time just figuring out what i wanted. what i liked and disliked, length, texture, all of it. i was so nervous to cut all my hair off and jenna made the experience so comforting and my hair turned out so good.
