I had an issue the other day when talking to a receptionist but the office manager talked to me for a while and validated my feelings about it and apologized and promised to talk to the person on this specific issue. They seem like a nice of vet office based on the conversation and I guess they partner with my current vet so I am bumping up the reviews to four stars
I absolutely LOVE this place! Yesterday, I went for the first time, and was a little bit worried, but I shouldn't have been! The staff was VERY nice! Especially Holly! My dogs are pretty crazy, but the doctor just kept talking to them, and was VERY good with them! He rewarded them because they did so good, and, of course, my dogs loved that! I DEFINITELY recommend Pet Pals because they are just so AMAZING! If you are looking for a great vet, go to Pet Pals Vetrinary Hospital! They are great!
Everyone at the front desk is so incredibly kind and provides a level of customer service service that made me feel at ease in a stressful situation. The new vet is great too- Dr Potts. He spent extra time talking to me about my cat, Nigel. I highly recommend pet pals to all my friends and family.
