This is by far the best veterinarian I've ever dealt with- he has literally saved my pets life on more than one occasion. Dr. Kiefer is kind, patient and explains things to me in a way I can understand without talking down to me. The office staff and veterinary assistants are all like family. I could not ask for anything more.

Love love love the staff and Dr Kiefer, he always takes the best care of my Pug Bug & she is almost 14 years old! Thank you Georgetown for the 20 years of love you have shown my dogs!

So it’s with a sad/broken heart I write this review. Our little Mami (Yorkie) recently gave birth. She hadn’t been doing well soon after. We took her to another emergency vet, however they could not say what was wrong with her. This morning she was not acting like herself and when I called her name she didn’t respond. I picked her up and ran out the door and took her to Georgetown Animal Hospital. Unfortunately I didn’t make it in time. The staff and vet were soo very patient and kind above expectation.
