I unfortunately had a very bad experience with this place. I made an appointment the day before for the next day.I arrived on time and the braiders questioned why I was there. Then they looked at my hair and stated that they didn’t know why I was there because my hair was too short for any kind of style. All the braiders started speaking French and then one of the braiders pointed to a picture stating that is the only style they could do. I was then informed that the braids will cost $220. I agreed to this due to I had already taken off work. One of the braiders informed me that I had to wait until the braider that could braid short hair to arrive. I waited for about an hour before the braider finally arrived. This person finally starts my hair after she complains then I’m given to the owner to finish. The pain from the braids was excruciating. Very heavy handed braiders. The braiders talked in French the entire time I was there and did more talking than braiding. The shop is very dirty and the restroom looks as if it has never been cleaned. The braiders are rude and should speak English in front of their customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
