They do a great job on braids !
My ONLY complaint is that I wish all the braiders were there once it opens at 9am … some are usually running 30min to an hour late … so you just should make sure your WHOLE day is free . Unfortunately
This is the first time I wasn’t pleased with my braids. I got 2 braids. This is the second day of me having the braids. One braid bigger than the other. It look like a beginner did these braids.The lady that use to do my 2 braids. I don’t think she works there anymore. She use to get me right.
You get what you pay for. Customer service can improve A LOT! But overall the lady who did my hair was very sweet. Wait time can last between 2-6 hours. I suggest a better system when it comes to the order of which customer came first. Just because you’ve been in business for a long time doesn’t mean you’re doing a good job. You’re doing good enough to stay open. Respect goes both ways. It’s okay to improve and do better. I will not be coming back but I do advise those who are going to, to dress appropriately for the weather, bring enough snacks or eat ahead of time, bring a fully charged phone and your charger and some head phones.
