“Over two weeks we had two different techs from Kight come out to guide us through firing up and operating a truly enormous gas boiler for a fairly complex steam heat system. James (the first tech) did a great job of getting things up and running and looking at typical problem areas and promptly scheduled a follow up with Aaron to give a more thorough overview of the entire system and ensure things were running smoothly. Both were right on-time in the service window, performed their work professionally and thoroughly, and answered all of our questions about a system we were unfamiliar with. “Masters installed the HVAC in our new home in 2021, we moved in early 2022. Winter of 2023 furnace started falling when temperature went below freezing. They gave us a workaround, which worked but was a pain to do. Last week the workaround failed, so we called them out. They were stumped, but kept investigating.
