Grateful Plumber offers professional and friendly service with a smile. They arrive early and communicate with customers before coming. Their prices are as promised. They quickly find and fix problems, such as a dripping toilet, and finish their work efficiently, cleaning up afterward. They provide same-day service and are happy to work with customers whose family members are curious. Recently, customers praised Brandon for being very efficient, patient, and knowledgeable, with unbeatable prices. Others mentioned that the team installed a new high efficiency water softener, leaving everything clean and saving a lot compared to larger companies. Many customers consider them the best plumber in Indy, trusting Adam and his team to do the job right every time.
Great service! Couldn’t be happier. Adam and his team are professional and courteous and fast to respond to our plumbing problem. Great communication during the repairs and even followed up the next day after the job was complete. Pricing was also quite reasonable considering the current market conditions and inflation. We will definitely be using Grateful Plumber again and I would highly recommend them.
My forever plumbers. Grateful Plumbing has done amazing work for us before, so I called when a toilet started bubbling like a witch's cauldron. The team came out, took a look, and was able to fix it quickly and at a fantastic price. Everyone you speak to is a pro, and you can absolutely trust your home to Grateful Plumbers. They also handled a plumbing cap off and uncap so we can install a new vanity.
I really appreciate the experience with Christian at Grateful Plumber. He came same day, great communication, on time and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it so quickly. I trusted him and felt safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend this company!
