The problem was that our powder room toilet was dripping into the basement. Adam identified the problem immediately as an incorrect sealing used to set the toilet. He corrected the problem using the correct sealing and the problem was solved.

I've used them on two occasions. Happy with their service. Limited to what you can do with new installs though. They won't let you choose your tub for install, for example.

Timely response, excellent work, competitively priced. I continue to hire Grateful Plumber as they are honest and do excellent work. They diagnose the problem and clearly explain the cause and recommended solution (with price quote). I have never had to call them back to correct their work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
