I highly recommend Indy Women PT. I started going when I was 2 months postpartum after second degree tearing and two-finger diastasis recti. From the very first appointment, I could tell Camille genuine cared and wanted to support me throughout the recovery process. Camille is kind, compassionate, patient, and nonjudgmental. She meets people where they are, helps them identify their recovery goals, and creates a personalized plan that can fit into a busy mom’s schedule.
